Workshop Memory and Emotions
The workshop „Memory and Emotions“ explores the complex relationship between affective experience and episodic memory from a philosophical perspective. Focusing on issues such as emotional encoding, recollection, and the possible re-instantiation of past affective states, it addresses questions at the intersection of philosophy of mind and moral philosophy, including the role of memory in shaping and transforming emotions such as resentment.
